Could use some advice. I am becoming easily agitatable. Meditation advice or anything like it on how to cool down emotions would be really great.

Do a news and social media detox. Works wonders. I do it all the time. Instead of reading 'news' and logging onto social media, I grab a book. After a couple of days I feel so much better.
