It seems like he is just making China more authoritarian and tyrannical. Aren’t the Xi family close with the Li bloodline? I just don’t get it.

I can't remember the entire story. Something to do with his father I believe. Look how he treated President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump. The only President to be invited to the forbidden city. I don't believe he likes the Cabal.

I think that "white hat" is the wrong description but his relationship wuth Trump suggests that he is either freed from control by black hats and/or controlled by white hats. Like Kim Jong Un of NK.
