I just see a kid about to eat a banana. I suppose he could use a knife and fork if he were at a table. But I’ve never seen anyone eat bananas that way.

Anyone who was molested as a boy INSTANTLY sees the symbolism in that artwork, as you are pointing out. For those of us who had, it brings back the memories... If that artist was a pedo I hope he is frying in hell! I wonder if he was a pediatrician...
