Through my lifetime there has been different proxy wars/money sucks around the world. Iran Contra, Mujahedeen/USSR, Falklands, AlQueda/Bin Laden (of mujahedeen fame) etc. Is Ukraine the new CIA profit machine?

Exactly! I used to have Rep Charlie Wilson on my list of political heroes, then the whole reincarnation after desert storm to alqeada turned me off. But great example of political fuckery and spooks with no boundaries or rules and our check books.
