Is it organic? Would seemed to me that Bayer/Monsato would have its hooks all over Europe.

Glyphosate is banned in Europe.

In America, pretty much all wheat is dowsed in glyphosate as a desiccant. It kills the plant so it goes into shock and the wheat seed becomes larger.

There are many anecdotal stories of people with celiac disease who have no problem with Italian (glyphosate-free) wheat.

Gluten allergies may just be glyphosate intolerance.
