It was a preplanned photo op. Plenty of photographers in the room to get all the angles, expect one's showing the actual imminent danger they're all hiding from. They're taking cover as if they fear gunfire or at least projectiles. That day was supposed to get a lot more violent outside to make this make sense, but we didn't take the bait (Babbitt).
