FTA: Individual states cannot effectively manage global public threats such as the COVID-19 pandemic on their own...

Of course they could, but the globalists don't want us to think we can, and the globally coordinated Covid BS is a picture of what the PTB want to keep doing.

This is one of those problem/reaction/solution deals that the PTB are so fond of creating.
