The Az legislature sent a bill back for modification. While this mod happened Rino Rusty Bowers inserted a change in Precinct Committeeman rules. Changes must be highlighted in blue before a revote. This wasnt done and no Repubs noticed the unauthorized changes. Now they are scrambling to fix the problem. The absence of Blue ink on changes should auto nullify the entire mess.
