Looks like a troll. It ticks all the boxes of the pedovore 'conspiracy theory' they think 'Qanon believers' believe. But the 'deep underground' bit seems awkward, like it was added to the intro sentence as an afterthought.

and the conclusion that Russia may have to invade Germany is consistent with it being more troll than true.
