It was a public announcement literally introducing DWAC. It was not insider trading. I posted asking this question earlier and worded it poorly. My post history is an open book.

Again this is the Truth Social announcement, not the public announcement of DWAC’s creation. It was when DWAC was $10.00 and DWACW was $0.10
