Puts Russia in control with their own currency which is not connected to the central (world) bank and it's backed by gold.

There is honestly no reason for us to deal in international trade. Same with Russia. So if both our dollars 'destroy' each other's, it will just cut back on this pointless trade, that only encourages money laundering.
