Shouldn't it say like "keep trying" instead of just "trust the process" ? I just dont like things that imply doing nothing is good.

I did not interpret it as you did. Nowhere in the post is it telling you to do nothing. In fact I interpreted it as quite the opposite; in your time of darkness and pressure, is when your actions matter most for how you come out of the other side
