If they ever had them to begin with. I’m sure you agreed somewhere in the fine print when opening the brokerage account to accept their current stock transfer methodologies/street whatever and you have no case. Yes, they need to represent the value in your account of said street stock (especially if it moons) but they don’t have and can never offer you a certificate that they do not possess.

i'm right there with you, i'm 90% DRS'ed. the other 10% is for the class action suit when my broker sells off my shares without my consent :)
