The Biden administration(Obama/Clintons)control the financial aspect of the goverment. Trump controls the military. Thats why theres only been money sent to Ukraine and no troops or "equipment". Thoughts?

Largely, income tax pays for all the big-gubbment entities and sketchy payoffs that we hate so much. It's the realm of the IRS and FedReserveBank, which is a tentacle of the deep state. They also make black budget money doing ops. Black market mafia style ops.

Totally agree. But, what I've seen is a administration failure in Afghanistan("optics are necessary") and only monetary help for Ukraine.
