This explains how We (the people) send a BILL to the U.S. CORPORATION (all caps) legally without going thru the court system. This was our RIGHT all along and we have never exercised that right. Watch video completely and it explains how (easy steps) to do this and where the term "watch the water" becomes the reference WE the people exercise our right to order the judge to execute the affidavit upon which the Bill must be paid. This is amazing!
