Essentially, people who want to talk about sex to 5-8 year old children is called grooming behavior and is punishable by law in most states, If I came up to a random 5 year old and started speaking about sex, genders and what not, I would quickly be arrested in my county.

Where do these people live that this is acceptable behavior?
