I did some testing and it looks to be related to the Brave browser. Still weird, but I will delete this post and create a new one that reflect more accurately what I actually observed.

Looks to have something to do with the brave advertisement and tracker blocker. Probably nothing nefarious. I haven't seen it before but apparently Brave can have issues with some websites and you can report it. Might be that RT is on high alert and appearing anonymous using the Brave browser might seem like an attack.

Sloppy on my part. RT still seems to work but not on the Brave browser for some reason. I should have double checked.
