If Jackson is confirmed by the Senate and Biden is removed from office due to election fraud, does Jackson get removed as well?

Clearly there is a legal argument for it. Hidey can't approve a justice is he was never the POTUS. Nothing he signed is valid. Fraud vitiates everything.
