Bwahaha Guest speaker from Chatham House ladies and gentlemen. I mean that’s house brainwashed the Brits are. You might as well ask Evelyn Rothschild while your at it. But who are we kidding, Americans aren’t that far off.

To speak in plain English lol Chatham House is the Royal Institute of International Affairs… you know… the sister agency to the Council on Foreign Relations…

Anyways if you want to know the real answer to this, check the ‘city of London’. There is a sovereign city state within London that just so happens to be the headquarters for pretty much all the banks in the world… so there’s that.
