When people tweet out something like this, I immediately downgrade them to echo chamber status. They may do some good work elsewhere, but they will never be on the Honor Roll.

Poso on Twitter is the worst offender. "Are you awake yet?" or some similar derivative that is an act of shaming or taunting with zero direction on how one can peacefully and strategically address the problem.

It's shameful at this point, and it certainly isn't leadership. Anyone still hanging on trying to learn and fix the problems we face deserves praise and leadership.
