We're starting the vetting process for adoption agencies. We are looking at embryo adoption vs other options. No IVF, and have tried IUI as well as natural remedies. We're still trying of course, but ready to pursue other options. Anyone have advice?

Get a lawyer and put up a Want Ad, you can always say no.
Not a bad idea. Human to human instead of institutional. Low odds, it's like rolling the dice
Almost didn't post that, realize I'm quite blunt, but thought you may not have considered that option.
There are lawyers who only do domestic adoptions, skipping the agencies. (my SIL is a social worker and does home studies for embryo and traditional placements.)
