Interestingly, the HHS did not buy any social media ads in Q4 2020 (October-December 2020). They started buying ads in Q1 2021 (Jan-March 2021) and became the 7th largest advertiser by the end of 2021. So after not buying social media ads, the US Dept of Health and Human Services buys the 7th most Twitter/Facebook/Instagram ads worldwide in 2021.
The last year I can find Twitter's specific advertisers is for Q1 2020. Nestle has recently been sued for using slaves:
