I saw a shorter clip of this earlier and it seemed ambiguous. Is he calling the Ukrainians being killed by Russians as genocide, or something else?

I did not hear Trump say the Russians were committing genocide against Ukrainians, I heard him say there was genocide occurring.

So you're saying it's possible President Trump was inferring that it's the Ukrainians committing genocide against the Russian military?

Just saying he did not specifically say it was the Russians which leaves it an open question in my mind. I've seen plenty of videos on this site and others that claim the Azov militia and the Ukrainian army are killing civilians. War is ugly however you look at it.
