Imagine how grateful Jesus was to the man they forced to help Him carry the cross? Romans had a law that allowed them to command a person on the street to help in such situations, and the Roman Soldiers were not about to help. They were in a hurry to relax and gamble over Jesus' clothes.

Indeed, and I'm trying to do just that! I find the fact that much of the Christian community are lukewarm or Pharisees, and I'm trying to make a difference.
