She should take some of that money and get to a dentist. There’s no excuse when you have money, as well as, no doubt, an excellent government sponsored dental benefit plan, to have teeth that look like that. Makes me think that there’s something psychologically wrong with her in that she is in the public eye and photographed often, and still she prefers to have her mouth look this way. Alternatively, I would never criticize or judge someone with bad teeth who could not afford to have them fixed.
