I have been thinking about Q's posts where he mentioned that steps would be taken to classify social media platforms as public utilities and how class action lawsuits can be very effective and how those posts might relate to the scenario that Elon Musk has put Twitter in. I do very well see Elon winning a lawsuit against Twitter if their board of directors refuses to accept his offer to buy them out. I will really be happy to see the courts hand a legal victory to Elon if he does sue them over their failure to adhere to their fiduciary responsibility to consider the best interests of their share holders.
