Round here they do construction, builders sub it out and the subs run frame, roof and drywall paint & stain crews with them. Mostly DR Horton and DSLD. Usually have a legal immigrant running the crew and the others are networked in. Building every where down south.

Yep. Because all of the companies buying housing for rentals so very little to buy inventory. I home the economy goes down and catches all these ass hats.
