I've been at this for a few years now. Have we come to a conclusion as to what terramar actually is? I have two running theories. They either funneled so much taxpayers dollars that they were able to build an underwater city hence the passports to a ocean country. The other one which is similar however.... What if the islands had underwater/underground caves that then opened up into an underground mountain range. I'm speculating more in the area of new Zealand. If you look at new Zealand on Google Earth. There is quite a large landmass underwater. What's exposed is the very tallest mountain range of the continent. You can look up the 8th continent of new Zealandia. It's a thing. So either they built an underwater city or they found a cave system or drilled in and built a city in an underwater mountain range. I'm just speculating.
