Biden said during his speech. "We will plant 1.2 billion trees" but I did the math and that is 1 tree every second. 24 hours a day for more than 38 years. Acording to the climate fanatics isn't climate change supposed to kill us all in les than 10 years. I'm really confused.

He really means he get's to do 10%.
If you have one guy working like a crazy person to plant one tree at a time, yes, that would be an insane plan.
If you have lots of people all planting trees all over the country at the same time, then that goal isn’t insane anymore.
Not sure why you’d assume this would be done one tree at a time.
I dont assume its 1 guy. But I know some tree planters. In the 80's this crew worked 5 days a week. They each had a quota of 200 a day. So the crew of 10 planted 1800 a week. One guy inspected and didnt plant. They could only plant trees 3 to 4 months a year. When you add in that varible with the huge 38 years. Then divide by how lazy most of the people are today compared the the crew I knew in the 80's. I would say that 38 years is very optimistic.
The politicians behind the bill claimed it would create 49,000 jobs over a 10 year time period.
Assuming all 49,000 people were planting trees, that works out to ~24,490 per person over a 10 year period, or 2449 trees per person per year, and that's assuming 50% or more of the jobs aren't useless bureaucratic positions.
We know how this goes in the real world if we actually pay attention.
This legislation is passed. The trees don't get planted according to schedule. The program is either cancelled or given additional funds.
If it's cancelled, the politicians vote to fund multiple studies to determine why the program failed.
If it's popular with the people in spite of its failures, and/or there are kickbacks to donors baked into the program, the House and Senate leadership will figure out a way to continue funding it.
I don’t really know how they mass-plant trees, but I imagine it’s not with 50,000 people doing it by hand.
I know how they mass-plant trees and it's with people operating heavy equipment.
And nothing in your response addresses any of the points I made, so not sure why you're bothering telling me you don't know how things work.
Robot foresters are theoretical at this point.

And, at this point, planting 1 trillion trees is all talk and World Economic Forum propaganda...

Alright, fair point. It's not something I know enough about to contest easily. Maybe Biden went overboard in the number. I'm not certain, so I can defer to you.
But it seems that the worst case scenario is that he exaggerated, and I think we've both probably cast a vote for someone known to exaggerate their promises in favor of forward momentum.
