That policy is really a threat if you're making an app like a game. If it's pulled from the app store, only friends would 'side load' it.

If the app is lost the website still works.

Why does everyone care about apps that are just a web browser the only goes to one site?

With WASM this is very true. The trickier thing is the AWS servers. Bezos powers Twitter. I wonder if Q's buddy @jack and his decentralized BlueSky protocols are designed to give tweets actual wings.

Centralized servers is the worst thing thats ever happened.
