I thought one of the names was familiar. This is Peter McCullough's work. He's got a very clear bias as a "truther" on HCQ, ivermectin, vaccine harm, etc if you look at his other published work.
The journal is legit, but it's a smaller one. It's taking a risk working with McCullough.
It's a lit review, not any sort of causal proof of anything.
While I haven't gone through the linked research in detail (evaluating this properly would probably require many hours to do), it does not focus on the main mechanism of harm usually suggested for the vaccines, which is the spike protein itself triggering effects on its intended receptor, the ACE2.
It's worth a look, but without some serious training in immunology, this is going to be very difficult to pick through.
