My question is
Why does the law say a driver, abusive partner or any crime committed that leads to the death of a baby in utero have charges that range from manslaughter to fetal homicide depending on the state? yet there are no charges for a person who kills their baby up to the day of its birth, or now in California, beyond the date of birth.
