I feel so sorry for young people here. Nice older 3/2 pool, suburban Tampa Bay area minimum $550,00 up

Yep. We bought our old house in TX in 2016 for 165K. 3bed/1 office/2 living rooms/ 2 bath. Sold in 2019 for close to 200k. That same house has almost quadrupled now!
