The Afghan couldn't understand the translations for 1-30....but knew how to communicate what floor he needed in a way a random American could understand? Did he make it to the proper apartment number....?

Also to be delivering groceries requires a smart phone, bank account, debit card, ability to read food labels, apply for a job, apparently send in drivers license, get a car, drive the car, etc
