Elon is playing blackhat to collect all corrupt US govt comms?

What if Russia shut down all internet to Ukraine and Elon sent starlink terminals to Ukraine to force all comms over monitored channels? Maybe Pelosi had to go to Ukraine because their comms channels were down or untrusted?

They are going to Ukraine to pass intelligence and deal with their financial matters..
