Perhaps Hallmark should tell the full story about how the Democrats/Communists destroyed the black family. In the 60s when LBJ was President, out of wedlock births in the black community was at about 25%. LBJ instituted Welfare which paid women money based on the number of children in the household, with on caveat, there could not be a male adult in the household who could/should work to support the family. BOOM! The explosion was on. We are now at 90%+ out of wedlock births in the black community, and almost 50% for all other communities. Democrats/Communists destroy everything they touch.
