So does this mean that AZOV deployed a nazi terrorist in the US to extort billions more of US money? The Washington DC swamp failed to pay them what they wanted?

{edit} But before I ponder such a plausible theory, I am going to need some rock solid proof that the shooter was actually wearing a belt with an AZOV nazi insignia on it.
