Elon Musk has shined a light on Twitter. That it is mainly bots. Twitter is in for a world of hurt. All these advertisers are going to want their money back. Twitter will be totally worthless in value. Elon will be able to buy Twitter for pennies on the dollar. GAW predicted this almost as soon as Elon said he was buying Twitter.

I remember years ago when Rolling Stone pulled the same crap--gave hundreds if not more free subscriptions away to pad their media kit for advertisers.
