first i bought penacur-c powder ... then i found thehappyhealingstore.com and bought straight up 222mg pills. the only problem is that its supposedly really hard on compromised livers.. possibly hepatoxic... at the tender age of 36 i know i have one.. been quite the booze hound my whole life.. dont judge me please.. started young to cope with witnessing my 18 yr old sister bleed out

i take at least a 1/4 tsp once a day sometimes twice 4-5 days a week. crystal form from bulk supplements. think i should take more? been dealing with a rash for 3 weeks and dont know what to dail back or throttle.
