Looks like misdirection. It’s clearly the vaccine causing this.

Perhaps. Assertion here is still "vaccine" caused, just not the mRNA vaccines, but rather the J&J Viral Vector DNA vaccine.

Many types of harm clearly done by mRNA shots is not refuted.
