LMAO - my ex husband just moved there and he owns a trucking company now.....
...karma is a female canine....
It is going to hit all of the US, truckers bring us fuel. We have 2 weeks max to get hit. then 10. to 15. per gallon and rationing.
I was in South Hill (Puyallup) WA yesterday and did a double take when I passed a Chevron with $5.58 for regular. Gulp! On my way home, I filled up at Arco still at $4.47 (cash price). Gas prices on that strip were in between those two extremes.
...the natives will grow restless....
"Gas stations across the US are running out of fuel and in anticipation of an increase in gas prices, gas stations in the state of Washington are reportedly reprogramming pumps to include double-digit numbers in "price per gallon" as the current trend could put prices over $10.00. At the 76 Gas Station in Auburn, Washington located at 1725 Auburn Way North, gas pumps have been reprogrammed to make room for double-digit pricing. In March, they still had single-digit programming."
...looks like I am going to have to bum rides with my Amish buddies...
...howls...
