Revelation 16:2 So the first angel went and poured out his bowl on the earth, and harmful and painful sores came upon the people who bore the mark of the beast and worshiped its image. Could this be monkey pox?
13 And I saw, coming out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits like frogs. 14 For they are demonic spirits, performing signs, who go abroad to the kings of the whole world, to assemble them for battle on the great day of God the Almighty. 15 (“Behold, I am coming like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake, keeping his garments on, that he may not go about naked and be seen exposed!”) 16 And they assembled them at the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.

What is Armageddon?
Armageddon just means the mountain which is at Megiddo. Megiddo is the battlefield where all the important decisions were made throughout the Old Testament. Could this be our minds " where all the important decisions are made?"
I looked the location up and there is nothing there. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Megiddo,+Israel/@32.5651664,35.1603263,13959m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x151daafce57fc2f3:0x953accbb2cdc81ca!8m2!3d32.577899!4d35.179972!5m1!1e4
The kings of the earth assemble at this location to fight against God's people. We are not fighting flesh and blood but against spirits in the spirit realm.

Ultimately at the end God wins!
Would love to hear your thoughts.
And the winepress was trodden outside the city, and blood flowed from the winepress, as high as a horse's bridle, for 1,600 stadia.
Sounds like a kinetic war, not an information war.
You are referencing chapter 14 verse 20 which is not connected to the portion that talks about the place where the kings of earth assemble to make war. Armageddon is in chapter 16 where the 7 bowls are poured out.
The flow of blood that is 180 miles long and 5 feet high is during the great harvest of God's wrath which involves the entire earth being harvested.
