Nuclear false flag on American soil, blame Russia, then nuke them. That was the plan had Hillary won. However, the white hats knew and the claim is theybwould have couped Obama before Hillary got in to stop it.

I read that somewhere. It tied in to Uranium one, OBL family, benghazi HRC server etc. The team guys who survived Benghazi messed up her while plot. Short hand and I'm sure I'm missing some key points.
