For what I know, there were 15 joint injuries and one person with heart issues

Officials confirmed 16 other runners were taken to local hospitals. Four are in serious condition, eight with non-life-threatening injuries and the other four have minor injuries, according to the FDNY.

As I recall there was a sharp increase in soft-tissue injuries in jabbed basketball players, these people seem to be made of paper these days.
