All enemies should be eliminated. There is no scenario where enemies of the people can survive.
If we have learned anything from our enemies and every other circumstance such as this, enemies given the chance will always find a way to present a threat.
To secure a safe future, enemies must be eliminated. It might seem inhumane, but rest assured that they will continue to be a threat and that threat must be annihilated.
Give them their own shots and see how far they can go.
