Cher is one of the few celebrities who is open and honest about having had a ton of plastic surgery to try to stay looking young. As mentioned in another comment, she doesn't look as good in person as in the 73 years photo. She's just another celebrity trying to stay relevant in a culture that reveres foolishness and youth instead of wisdom and age.
