This may be 100% legitimate, but I don’t trust the 3 letter agencies to NOT plant digital porn on an unsuspecting users computer.

The guy's name is blomme (pronounced blow-me). The 3 letter agencies do have a history of doing nefarious things like planting evidence, but I don't think that's the case here
