That is great and good learning moment, but what can we do about it with all the federal law enforcement agencies doing the bidding of the communists?

Most of today's justices do not live by Marshall's standard. They are very political and don't recognize any restrictions placed on them by the Constitution, at least that is my thought. Good information, thanks. (I just wish the judges would read/re-read this kind of information, it might may them better at their job.)
