This is mildly interdasting.

If it were exact with a four year delta, that would mean that Biden fell on purpose because he was instructed to.

Because obviously this little bike jaunt wasn't planned 4 years in advance.

But watch his right foot right before the fall. He isn't used to toe clips. He couldn't get his foot out to check his fall.

If he did that on purpose it is pretty good acting.

At his age he is very lucky he didn't break any bones.
