Fluoride lowers IQ and calcifies the pineal gland. Swish with coconut oil. It’s called oil pulling. Look up the benefits.

City tap water. As far as I know they don't put fluoride in well systems (at least I hope they aren't somehow getting it in there). I refuse the fluoride treatment the dentist offers, after cleanings, not only is it probably bad for you---my insurance won't even touch it for payment.
